Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the creation, preparation and control of all HSE related correspondence, documentation and reports,
- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.
- Compile and prepare HSE reports for all DM projects, including distribution of monitoring compliance with actions.
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of meetings, agendas and minutes.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and receipting purchase orders.
- Manage and distribute HSE documents.
- Providing administrative support to HSE team.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of one years of related experience.
