Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the creation, preparation and control of all HSE related correspondence, documentation and reports,
  • Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.
  • Compile and prepare HSE reports for all DM projects, including distribution of monitoring compliance with actions.
  • Coordinate and assist in the preparation of meetings, agendas and minutes.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and receipting purchase orders.
  • Manage and distribute HSE documents.
  • Providing administrative support to HSE team.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

Qualification:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Experience:
  • Minimum of one years of related experience.
